I am so happy with the Proactiv for Teens that I managed to buy from the Proactiv website! My teenage daughter has been battling acne for a long time, and I noticed that it has affected her social life tremendously. She hardly goes out to the mall (like other normal teenage girls her age)! She hardly looks at people, especially boys; she basically hides in her room. Review Body: I am a 40-year-old woman who has problems with acne, especially on my chin. This area just seems to never be clear. I am talking about severe acne and no doctor has been able to help me with this problem. It is very embarrassing.

Finally a friend’s teenage daughter told me about Proactiv Solution and I got on the internet and then to their website. I ordered the three step Proactiv Solution since it is inexpensive and I was desperate. How embarrassing it was to use a teenager’s product for acne when I am 40 years old.

The three-step system consists of the medicated cleanser which is renewing and is made of new and special micro-crystal benzoyl peroxide and features smaller, very fine particles that are intended to rapidly penetrate into the pores to begin killing bacteria that are acne-causing on contact. Exfoliating beads that are tiny will gently remove excess oil; remove dirt as well as dead skin cells to aid in keeping the pores from being clogged.

The next step is the revitalize step that is refreshing, alcohol-free toner that helps remove excessive oil and impurities so the skin feels and looks clean, refreshed and soft – not dried out or tight. Gently very soothing botanical agents balance the tone of the skin.
