I have been a photography hobbyist for many years. So many companies offer canvas photos, so I wasn’t going to put much merit into Canvas HQ being any different. I’d used other companies in the past and had gotten used to the standard way of doing things. I was pleasantly surprised when Canvas HQ proved to be different.

First of all, they make it easy to get a print of the true size of your image. I had done cropping and ended up with an image of my daughter that would end up as 14x20. All of the other companies were trying to force me into an 11x14 or 16x20 with cropping – and that’s not what I wanted. By visiting this site, I was able to get the exact size without any problem.

The company claims that their prints do not smudge. After my daughter ruined another canvas print when she sprayed it with water, I knew that it was worth trying. Sure enough, they were true to their word and the canvas held up great.

I have been 100% happy with the canvas print that I have received from the company and I plan to do a number of other prints from them in the future. Their site is easy to navigate and I know what everything costs before uploading a single image, which is an important feature to me.

Pros: Canvas HQ offers a lot of sizes that other photo stores don’t offer. They allow you to choose the canvas that actually fits your photo instead of making you crop it to fit the standard sizes that a company offers. I found this to be extremely helpful when I was printing canvas prints of my daughter, where I had done a lot of cropping of the background and was left with a funny size.

Cons: Canvas HQ is not the cheapest company when it comes to printing photographs on canvas. They do offer a few different options, though – and the quality of the print could not be ignored. I have used a variety of different canvas print companies in the past and I was the most impressed with this one.

The download went very fast and I was able to view the image online prior to placing my order. This was beneficial to ensure they weren’t cropping the image in any way prior to me sending it off for printing and mailing.
