Other supplemental vitamins you may want to consider include fish oil for lowering cholesterol, as well as many other supplements for various ailments and deficiencies. You should take them all at once, unless you are directed by your doctor not to do so. Some supplements may require you to take them more than once per day, such as fish oil. However, in most cases taking them in the morning is best, especially if you only take them once per day. Read the bottle labels carefully and follow the directions.

In the long run there are so many supplemental vitamins that you could take that it is easy to go overboard. Be sure to talk to your doctor about what areas you are deficient in and go from there. You should also be aware that some vitamins and minerals may actually cancel each other out if you take them at the same time, so do your research before starting any vitamin regimen.
