Looking your best goes well beyond shampoo, deodorant and toothpaste. Not getting a full night’s rest,
eating junk food, not taking vitamins, squinting, hair loss, yellow teeth and all the bad habits most people exhibit, make your appearance unsightly.
Do you know what people think when they see your bedazzling white teeth? They think, for one, that you are clean, you are sociable, young, warm, friendly and funny. Alternatively, yellow stained teeth reveal that you’re much older than you are. Yellow teeth are a sign of age as it is a naturally occurring phenomenon. However, yellow teeth can also be caused by food, certain drinks, not brushing regularly or properly and smoking cigarettes or cigars. Brushing alone will not help. You will need an effective system of teeth whitening.
Not getting a full night’s sleep will also add years to your appearance. It’s so easy to let things crowd out your sleep. How many times have you wondered about all the wonderful things you could accomplish if you didn’t have to sleep? However, sleep is not something to avoid or dread. There is a very good reason for it. It’s the time your body repairs itself. If you’re shorting yourself of sleep, you are causing your body to age quicker. You know that you look better after a good night’s rest. You know that you perform better. Sleep should be at the top of your list. Make bedtime a luxurious ritual. Wash your face, put a mask one, brush your teeth, rub some lotion on, put comfortable pajamas on and use aids to calm and relax you like blue light and/or relaxing music.
The number one tell-tale aging aspect of our face are the eyes. The eyes are what people look at first. So, if you have lines, wrinkles, or puffiness, guess what people see first on your face? Sleeps helps in this regard, but squinting from less than 20/20 eyesight causes premature wrinkling and a furrow in your brow. This can drastically alter the look of your face. If you find yourself squinting, you should go see an eye doctor and get fitted for eyeglasses and/or contacts as soon as possible.

Age happens on its own. You don’t want to speed it up unnecessarily. Take steps and precautions to be good to your body. It’s the only one you have.
