I am just wondering why I didn’t get hands on this 1 CT. T.W. Diamond Three Stone Ring in 10K White Gold earlier, that I bought as a gift from the Zales website about a week ago. I had been looking to buy a present for my wife on the occasion of our fast approaching wedding anniversary, but I was lost for ideas. I was not able to find any item that could convey my undying love for her even after visiting several stores. Then I decided to look online and find a suitable gift for her. I was fortunate to find a gift right away on the Zales website.

The gift item that had captured my imagination was the 1 CT. T.W. Diamond Three Stone Ring in 10K White Gold. This ring was so beautiful and had a dazzling brightness that caught my eye. I was so impressed with this item that I decided to buy it right away without having a look at the price. I thought that this gift was surely going to convey my feelings to her and would convince her of my love for her.

As I had made up my mind to buy this product, I placed an order for it online and proceeded to the checkout phase. It was then that I had a look at the price and I was a bit taken aback by it. For a second I thought, it is not wise to buy such a costly item, but then I realized that the love that I want to express though this gift for my wife is priceless and then went through with this item’s purchase.

She was so happy and surprised to receive this amazing gift from me. She got so excited that she almost started crying with tears of joy. It has a very beautiful design with three round diamonds present in the centre of this ring. The 10K White Gold used in the making of this ring complements the diamonds perfectly, giving the ring a glowing brilliance.

Cons: I was not able to find any defects or deformities in this product. However, I would have loved getting this ornament much more for a little lower price.

This is my first Mother’s Day as a new mom. I wanted a necklace that was memorable, could be worn daily, and could stand up to any tugging the baby may decide to do to the jewelry. I also wanted to purchase an item from a jewelry store with an online presence as well as a brick and mortar presence in town. Zales was the first option and any sale they had online was also being promoted in their store. I knew if we had a problem we would be able to have it handled quickly and easily locally.

As a Black Hills Gold collector my thoughts naturally went towards that particular style of jewelry. It did not take long for the perfect item to show up on the screen. In their Mother’s Day sales online flyer, was a Black Hills Gold Celtic cross. It was advertised as a “gothic cross,” so I was lucky to find it. Had the search been for something specifically Celtic it would not have come up at all. The cross was a beautiful oxidized sterling silver with four Black Hills Gold leaves displayed in the center of the cross. The necklace was a rope chain design, which I knew would hold up to any tugging from the baby. The chain length, 20 inches, was perfect for me. The price of $109.95 was also very reasonable for the cross and chain.

I purchased the necklace online April 9, 2013. The site does inform you to allow 5-7 business days before the item ships rather than for shipping time. Zales also informs the buyer that signatures are required for items over $100. This made it easier to arrange for someone to be at home when the item arrived to sign for the necklace. Checkout was offered through PayPal and through standard credit or debit processing. The entire checkout process took less than 10 minutes.

The necklace arrived April 24, 2013 via UPS ground. The necklace was secure in the packaging and looked like we had purchased it directly from the store. There were no issues, the warranty was included, and all paperwork necessary for the transaction or return was also included. Overall, the experience was as pleasant as the in-store shopping experiences had been in the past.

Pros: The details through the online store make shopping for jewelry online from Zales a pleasant and easy experience. There was no question about the style of jewelry, length of the chain, weight of the item, or what was included in the price.

Cons: The 5-7 day time before the item ships should be noted on the items page rather than the checkout page. Some buyers may overlook the statement or misread it as stating the item will ship and arrive within 5-7 business days.

Other Info: Though I had a pleasant experience shopping online and with the delivery of the item, I would rather shop in store for higher ticketed items and precious stones.

They are cool, 14k white gold and Zales make certain that the prongs of these diamond stud earrings don’t get in the way of the natural brilliance of the diamond. Each earring is holding a single princess-cut diamond and together total weight is 1 carat. The earrings also come with certification including a photo and description of the diamonds.
