Generally speaking I wouldn’t have bought into this at all but I had just not half an hour ago seen him at work and he made me look quite frankly like garbage in terms of my own skills and talents. He seemed to know every trick in the book and a ton I hadn’t even heard of. Could it really be that something as simple as Learn To DJ Now Vol.1 and Vol.2 was the secret to his success?

Well, I had to look it up for myself and once I saw that it was being offered for cheap, I figured I’d give it a go. And while I’m not even half way through the thing yet I just had to report back anyway – it’s taken me to places I really didn’t think I’d get before the decade was out.

It’s designed with real people in mind so don’t expect to be blow away with the kind of tech talk you’ll never understand – it’s in plain English with the most useful images and videos to get the points across with ease. With Learn To DJ Now Vol.1 and Vol.2 it isn’t about punishing yourself, but instead knowing how to take a smarter route to professional quality DJ skills by using the very best known tricks of the trade.

I’m well and truly sold on it – I might not be looking to go pro at any time in the near future by the better I am, the more fun I have while I’m paying with the decks. Highly recommended all round for anyone looking to get a few steps further at any level.

Pros: The biggest pro of all for me is the simplicity – it was a case of making the purchase, getting down to the lessons and finding myself improving from the very first day. It isn’t a slow burner or something aimed at those that are already too good to need help, but is instead the perfect took for getting ahead in the fastest and cheapest way possible. Speaking of which, for the quality of the content it is also an outright bargain the likes of which are few and far between in this industry.

Cons: Not a single one to mention so far…nothing!

Final Comments: Before I actually bought this for myself I was the kind of person that had no interest in DJ lessons or guidebooks or anything of the sort because for me it was nothing more than a hobby. After seeing this guy on the decks however and trying it out for myself, I’ve never in my life had so much fun doing what I love and for that reason alone cannot recommend Learn To DJ Now Vol.1 and Vol.2 highly enough to anyone with a passion for music.

We bought this course for my cousin as a joke because he is always talking about being a DJ. We thought it was funny, but he thought we were being serious. Three weeks later he invites my brother and I over to his house to hear him mix. We couldn’t believe how good he had gotten in only a few weeks! We also could not believe how much great advice the course gave him on getting the right equipment. A month later, we all went to a local bar and there was a DJ. The DJ was looking for someone to watch his stuff while he went to the men’s room. My cousin said he would do it if he could mix for one song. The bar hired my cousin after that one song to come mix every Wednesday night.

This program is so outdated it’s almost laughable.

I have been dreaming of becoming a DJ professionally for a very long time but I never felt like I knew enough about the business to get started and make any money. When I found this program, I really thought that it could be just what I needed to get me going in the right direction. Thankfully, I was absolutely right. This has helped me get my DJ skills on track and I am now very popular in the area. There is so much to learn from this if you are interested in being a professional DJ. It was way more than I expected.

People call me Dan the Man, because I have always been decent at manning the DJ booth at various parties I have been at. I have many friends who are DJs and I help them out when they take breaks. These videos have helped me to do a better job when I get the chance to step in for my DJ friends when they need a break. I have started making a name for myself in a short time. I know I will be hired soon to do parties and clubs. It is just a matter of time for me now.

I see a lot of hate for this e-book and, I have to say, I think a lot of it is unwarranted. Sure, you probably won't be a professional DJ in high demand simply by reading this book, but it will help you perfect your craft and learn a little bit more about the art of being a DJ. Even if so the information is a little bit out of date, that does not mean that it is completely useless. For the price, I think this book is well worth the money if you are interested in being a DJ.

Sometimes I really wish that review sites gave you the option to leave absolutely no stars. If that was possible, that's exactly what I would do for this e-book. Granted, anyone serious about becoming a professional DJ probably won't get all of the information they need from an e-book, but if an individual is going to charge money for an e-book, the least they can do is provide semi-usable information. The only way this e-book is worth the money is if a person had no idea what a DJ actually was in the first place.

This book may be good for someone who is completely new to DJing, but I found it to be lacking in current information. There were some good sections on creating a stage persona and choosing age-appropriate music, but other than that, I would tell someone interested in becoming a DJ to watch a professional and view YouTube videos. You’ll get a lot more as far as the actual skills it takes, but this book should really only be used as a source of insider tips and secrets, not as a means of instruction.

I have been a professional DJ for over five years and I love my job. In my opinion, it is always a smart move to learn more about your skills and how to get better as a DJ. I ordered this program for that reason. I felt that maybe it could teach me something that I did not know about my skill. I must say that I was not at all impressed with the information. There were some pretty good tips and tricks to learn about in the program, but it was nothing that I did not know already. This is more for someone who is just starting out in the field.

Jackson is right, unfortunately. There is plenty of detail in being a DJ that this DVD seems to gloss right over. I wound up going to Youtube and comparing some of the free DJ courses there to this one and now I am sorry I paid for this. I learned a lot more from the free online material than I did from this DVD. To be honest, the DVD was painfully boring and I could not keep my concentration on it for very long.
