There are various outer pockets to hold my keys, my wallet along with identification and small items that fill up my purse. The inside of the bag is perfect for my books and small notebook computer for class notes.

I wasn't sure about buying a leather bag at first. It seemed like an extravagance, but the bag is sleek and elegant while being sturdy. I never have to worry about straps breaking or the bag getting ripped by the corners of the books. This is an investment in my business future. It can carry over to my business after I've graduated. This bag isn't just a transitional bag that I'll have to exchange for a more adult bag once I start my new job; this bag is the adult bag while still being functional and beautiful.

Pros: This Georges Bag is made of beautiful Buffalo leather which is unique and durable. There is a pocket for everything I need to carry from wallet to keys to notebook. It's convenient since I don't have to dig through to the bottom of the bag to find small items that might have settled. The outer pockets allow separation of all my things in a way that makes sense and keeps me organized.

Cons: At first, the cost of the bag was a bit daunting, but once realizing the bag could carry over to my career after graduation. It's become an investment in my future.

This item is from the Jack Georges Collection and is the messenger bag that is all the rage for carrying this spring. It is a cross between a purse and a briefcase, and many fashionable businesswomen are starting to change over to using it. These women are calling it the perfect size. I recently ordered one because I just had to have it. I love real leather.

It is handcrafted out of soft, tumble-milled American steer hide leather or as Texans say “cow hide”. The leather is very durable and strong and also surprisingly soft. It is able to fit a laptop and even comes with a compartment just for that purpose. There are zipped closures all over this bag with a zipped closure under the flap to make sure everything is secure. There is also a zippered outside pocket in the back. There is a built in organizer that holds phone, pens, PDAs, business cards, lipstick and other accessories. The shoulder strap is adjustable and this messenger bag comes in both brown and black but I prefer the brown.

It arrived after I ordered it in two days and was much more that I even thought it would be. I first bought it to keep up with the trend but after having seen it and felt the leather and started to use it – I am not certain how I got along without one for so long. Everything from my purse now has a place in this bag as well as my laptop so I only need to carry one item instead of two.

In New York and other big cities you would probably see both males and females using this bag, but in Texas just we girls will be using it. It is a very luxurious bag to carry and everything inside has its own compartment or strap so if by any chance I should drop it – nothing is going to tumble out. It is the perfect size to carry back and forth from home to the office and home again at night. I really love this bag!

Pros: Pocket for laptop with straps for securing, built in organizer with pockets for everything including cellphone and pencils and pens. Several other zippered pockets so there is secure space for everything in this bag. Very soft but since it is real leather it is very durable.

These are admired bags that are beginning to make their presence currently at college campuses. When compared with those bags made of canvas and earth friendly, I may have over done it as there are wide assortments of these type of bags to choose from and I went straight to the top of the line.

They were originally designed for exactly what their name implies – to be carried by messengers who needed to be quick and have easy access to the inside of their bag, but are there really messengers anymore? They were originally designed to be easy to carry and light – and they are still easy to carry and dependent on what all you have inside, can be lightweight. For school where you are rushing from class-to-class the cheaper ones are perfect.

For traveling, I think the one I bought is much better. It gives up some of the lightness for having more protection for a laptop and other electronic equipment.

When my novel is finished and I am delivering it to my publisher – it is just perfect.

Pros: Plenty of pockets of essentials and accessories, great protection for my laptop, made of leather and smells wonderful, special pocket for cell phone and another one for keys. Actually there is a pocket for almost everything.

The navigation is only two buttons on the top of a page – shop by category, and shop by brand – when you click on these boxes, you will get dropdown menus that remain hidden the rest of the time. So, these pages are very clean with no clutter at all. Each product has four pictures with 3 small and 1 large, but by clicking on a picture it can become the large picture – interchangeable. The large picture will magnify when you pass your cursor over it. At checkout, credit card and personal information is encrypted and protected. The website features other leather goods such as luggage, briefcases, and wallets. It is a great website.
