TRX Training:

I am an avid runner and never stop training for road races. One of my favorite things about running is that I can do it anywhere. I only need my running shoes. Although endurance and cardio training are my preferred types of exercise, I know that strength training is equally important. As a woman in my 30s, strengthening my muscles helps prevent injuries as well as major problems some women face with aging, like osteoporosis. I have to admit, I've always been a little intimidated with the weight room at the gym. My arms looked like toothpicks in comparison to some of the people in there! I'm not even talking about the body builders. I looked tiny compared to the average weight lifter. Of course I had always attempted weights, I often used light ones at home in my living room, but that routine seemed to become boring after awhile. Body weight exercises such as pushups and tricep dips, for the most part, were the extent of my weight training. I knew I needed more. After all, the more muscle the body has, the healthier the metabolism.

One day when I was shopping online, I saw an ad for something called TRX training. The girl in the picture looked fit and strong. I decided to follow the link to the website. The website made me smile because the address is: www.fitnessanywhere.com. I liked the sound of that! I clicked around and watched a few of the demonstration videos. All the exercises seemed easy enough to figure out and best of all - no weights! The straps (originally used on Navy Ships to keep the soldiers in shape) were all I needed. And, with the various attachments, I could do the workout at home or in the park. I ordered the product right away and it came about 5 business days later. That was 6 months ago. Without sounding completely egotistical, I can't tell you enough about how awesome my body looks now. My arms have awesome definition and my back is so strong. Best of all, training with the TRX has improved my running! All the exercises done on the TRX engage the core. Having a strong core has not only improved my running but also my every day posture. The TRX package came with a bunch of workouts that take about 30 minutes. The exercises are quick and effective so I don't have to spend hours at the gym. Also, there are so many great TRX videos online that I found just by doing a simple search. I never get bored with my workouts because I'm always doing a new routine.

Pros: The exercises can be done anywhere. Outside or inside with the door attachment. The exercises are simple, yet effective. My 64 year old mother can do the exercises as easily as my 30 year old power-lifter husband. The exercises strengthen and tone without adding bulk. Improved my balance.

Cons: Using the TRX does take a little time to get used to. The exercises with my feet n the straps were pretty tough at first, but after a few days I had no problems. It improved my balance, but I definitely needed a few days to get the hang of it.

Just by seeing it in the pictures on the website, I knew that this training kit could enhance the reputation of my gym and I would be able to train my clients in a much simpler manner than I was capable of previously. The harnesses and the belts of the trainer looked perfect and I decided that this produce should be bought even if it meant parting with a large sum of money.

Since the decision was made, I placed an order for the TRX PRO Suspension Training Kit a few days later and started waiting eagerly for my order to be shipped back to me. My order was delivered in a record time by the website and I had it in my hand two days after having placed the order. The trainer really looked very smooth and powerful when I held it in my hand. However, the true awesomeness of this trainer was revealed when I personally used it for a few stretches. The belts, handles and the carabiner all remained intact and I had a very satisfying workout.

It is an incredibly safe and durable exercise device that provides you the chance to build up your muscles and get your body in to shape. Besides the TRX PRO Suspension Trainer, the kit contains a list of work routines as well as a video that instructs the trainers about how to go about using this powerful training tool.

Cons: There aren’t any issues associated with this item. I had no problems in using it and training other people with it. The kit works fine, is durable and delivers the results it promises in a very quick time. Thus, I am very satisfied with this product and have not felt any kind of remorse for having spent so much money on buying it.

It has been designed in such a manner that the visitors do not face any problem what so ever in navigating the website. Review Title: It’s Saving Me a Fortune!

Title: TRX PRO Suspension Training Kit

Review Body: If you’re in the personal training business or just happen to be a bit of a fitness nut, chances are you must have heard of TRX by now. I personally think I must have been one of the last to pick up on the craze and as far as the above two go I fall into the latter – I’m nothing close to fitness professional, but am pretty addicted to working out at home.

TRX is the kind of high-intensity and yet low-impact training that tons of us had been crying out for, which in my case only arrived at the gym quite recently in the form of organized classes. I was pretty happy, but not happy at the fact that the classes apparently weren’t covered by my bargain-basement membership package and came at a charge to anyone not on the premium plan. The classes weren’t a rip-off as such, but I soon got fed up of paying for them to be honest.

Lucky for me, one of my friends who is probably more of a health nut than me had already spied the TRX PRO Suspension Training Kit online and had summarily invested in the thing. I can’t say I was convinced that such a heavy-duty, almost industrial piece of kit for exercise had any real place in the home, so I of course insisted that I went to his place and put it through its paces.

How did it go? Well, here we are less than a month later and I have the exact same thing set up in my home gym and haven’t thought twice about paying for a class again. Long story short – it’s about ten-times better than what I was being charged for at the gym.

Technically speaking it’s a fairly simple overall concept, which is what makes it work so well. It’s really just a case of quality in terms of the setup itself and boy does the TRX PRO Suspension Training Kit deliver. I’ve no intention of going further, but you can tell for sure that it’s the kind of thing you could use day in and day out for professional purposes and it would never lose its strength, quality or luster – it’s built to last in a very big way. It’s even loaded with Kevlar at some of the most important points to make sure it’s quite literally bullet-proof against whatever you can throw at it.

Probably most importantly of all – at least for me – it was so easy to install that I didn’t even think twice about getting a pro in to help me. It was literally one of the most straightforward DIY jobs I have ever tackled in my life, and I’m not exactly the bets handyman you’ll find, if I’m honest.

All in all, I couldn’t be happier and chances it’s going to save me a small fortune.

Pros: Aside from the fact that it lets me do the kind of workouts at home like the one for which I used to pay good money for every time, the biggest pro is like I said above that it was so easy to install and get started with. It’s also built to last in every way and I can’t see it giving up on me anytime soon, no matter what I put it through. It’s really easy to pack away and store in the bag it came with, plus its delivery was fast as you like and fully insured.

Cons: None so far, other than the fact that I wish I had found it sooner instead of paying out all those gym fees…that’s my fault, though.

Website Experience: The website trxtraining.com is pretty great from top to bottom. It cuts right to the chase with the products you need and goes through all the important details without blinding you with science, which for me is a huge plus point. A good experience all round.
