In order to celebrate the end of the teaching semester, myself, and three other professors decided to treat ourselves to a Broadway Show. I volunteered to get the tickets. We had chosen a week-long period during which we could all go any night. We had also set a limit on how much we were willing to pay per seat for an orchestra seat. We set secondary preferences in case our first set of criteria didn’t work out.

I waited until a week before our target week and was rewarded with a listing for seats in the center orchestra in our price range. I located them on the theater seating-chart and found they were only 14 rows back. I quickly purchased four seats. The tickets arrived in 3 days with plenty of time to spare. Cons: At first, the sight can appear a bit daunting until you figure out how to navigate it. For Broadway Shows, all touring companies of the show are also listed so you have to make sure you’re buying tickets for the venue you want. Since it’s a resale site you may buy seats at one price only to find a new listing the next day for seats near yours at a much cheaper price. You can’t predict what the best prices will be or when they will be offered.

Review Body: I just used SelectATicket.com which I have never seen before. I got two tickets to the New York Red Bulls vs. Philadelphia Union for the game they are playing on March 30th Saturday in the Red Bull Arena in Harrison New Jersey. They are great seats for $80, a ticket which is cheaper than other places from where I have usually bought these tickets.

Select-A-Ticket is a resale marketplace, not a venue or box office and they have been reselling tickets for over 35 years. Their website said that I could expect a call from a member of their sales team in the morning since I had bought the tickets late last night. Now I will be honest with you – since these tickets were less than I have normally paid and since I have never heard of this website or a reseller selling tickets on the internet, I was sure that this was a fraud and I could probably kiss my $160 goodbye.

These services and website is very easy to use and the prices are much lower than other places. The call back I received this morning telling me how to pick up the tickets was great and I have already picked up the tickets and am excited about going to the game.

If you have bought these tickets and live in another country or city, they will get the tickets to you by mail usually.

You can either buy the tickets that they have or can put a request in to wait for better seats. The whole website is only two pages and the entire process is secured to protect personal and credit card information. It was a very easy website and I had a very enjoyable shopping experience. If you get confused on any part of these two pages, then you shouldn’t be allowed to get near a computer – that is how easy it is. I will definitely use them again. This website was just too easy and fast to use – I do appreciate it.
